Complaints regarding the
provision of electronic services
1.1. Kasus Coatings T/A
Global Coatings takes steps to ensure that the Store is fully
operational, to the extent that it results from the current technical knowledge
and undertakes to remove any irregularities reported by customers within a
reasonable time
1.2. The
Customer is obliged to immediately notify the Store about any irregularities or
interruptions in the functioning of the Online Store website.
1.3. Irregularities
related to the functioning of the Store may be reported by the Customer in
writing to the following address: enquiries@globalcoatings.eu or using
the contact form.
1.4. In
the complaint, the Customer should provide his name and surname, correspondence
address, type and date of irregularities related to the functioning of the
Store.
1.5. The
store undertakes to consider each complaint within 28 days, and if it was not
possible, to inform the customer during this period when the complaint will be
considered
Complaints
about the Goods
2.1. Global Coatings, as a seller, is responsible to the
Customer for non-compliance with the Contract for the sale of the Goods
purchased by that consumer.
2.2. Complaints arising from the violation of the Customer's
rights guaranteed by law or under these Regulations should be sent to the
address enquiries@globalcoatings.eu or complete the complaint form
available in the customer panel. The store undertakes to consider each
complaint within 28 days, and if it was not possible, to inform the customer
during this period when the complaint will be considered.
The right to withdraw from the contract
3.1. The customer has the right to withdraw from a distance
contract, without giving any reason, by submitting an appropriate statement in
writing, within 14 days and sending it to the address enquiries@globalcoatings.eu
3.2. The 14-day period is counted from the day on which the
order was delivered.
3.3. The right to withdraw from the contract by the consumer is
excluded in the event of
• goods that go beyond the standard offer of the store, prepared
at the customer's special request, and tailored to their individual needs.
• in which the subject of the service is an item delivered in a
sealed package, which after opening the package cannot be returned due to
health protection reasons, if the package has been opened after delivery.
3.4. In the event of withdrawal from a sales contract, the
contract is considered void. What the parties have testified is returned
unchanged unless the change was necessary within the ordinary management. The
return should be made immediately, no later than within 14 days. The purchased
goods should be returned to the following address:

3.5. The Goods returned by the Customer should be packed in an
appropriate manner, ensuring no damage to the parcel during transport.
3.6. The cost of packaging and returning the goods is borne by
the customer, unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., defective
product or incorrectly shipped product).
