Flat flashing trims can be used in several locations and are particularly useful where a pitched roof meets a flat roof, often found on dormers or in areas with complex roof layouts.
They can be used for gutter lining or as continuous flashings.
They can be installed underneath slates or tiles, where stripping might be difficult, or under air conditioning units.
Flat trims are typically installed before the application of the waterproofing system and can be fixed using PU Mastic in conjunction with mechanically fixing!
