Vapour Barrier - cold self-adhesive VCL

The vapor barrier material is a membrane covered with aluminum foil. It is used as a vapor barrier layer in roofing structures on a profiled metal base. The membrane is designed for use in roofing structures of public and industrial buildings, especially in rooms with normal or high temperature and humidity, such as sports halls or swimming pools. The high tensile strength of the material and strong adhesion to the base allow the membrane to withstand the weight of a person standing between the waves of the profiled sheet. Unlike unreinforced polyethylene vapor barrier membranes, this membrane does not tear or stretch. It is waterproof and can be used as temporary roof waterproofing.

There is no need to fix the membrane seams with double-sided adhesive tape.
The adhesive surface of the membrane seams allows the seams to fit perfectly to each other, ensuring perfect tightness. This also protects the profiled underlay from water penetration.
The membrane can be used in roofing structures with a bitumen coating or a PVC membrane. It is also suitable for use in rooms with high humidity. This significantly reduces the risk of condensation.
The membrane is resistant to mechanical impacts, you can walk on it during installation.
The membrane has water vapor permeability properties equivalent to Sd = 1500.
