Vehicle Underbody and Chassis Rust Protection KIT

Complete Underbody Rust treatment and  Protection Kit: This kit includes everything needed to safeguard your vehicle's underside—starting with rust treatment using Brunox Epoxy, followed by durable underbody coating with Sika 6060, and finishing with Brunox IX wax application to door sills and hard-to-reach areas for long-lasting corrosion resistance.

KIT includes:

1 Brunox Spray400ml + injector wand

1 Brunox 1L 

10 Sika 6060 Bitumne coating 1L

1 Brunox IX Wax/Sealer + injector wand 

A brief application process is as follows:

1. Wash the car underbody thoroughly, and dry it completely.

2. Once the car is dry, proceed with removing all flaking & surface rust.

3. Carry out any welding if required.

4. Clean the car of any dust or debris and prepare it for spray. Cover the brakes and service elements, body, rubber parts, etc.

5. Apply two coats of the Brunox Rust Inverter( Allow 2 to max 6 hours between coats) . Also recommended to spray inside the chassis and cavities of older cars to tackle rust from the inside out. Please note after the second coat Brunox requires 24 hours at 20 C to fully dry! 

6. When Brunox coating is cured , spray the Sika 6060 Underbody Coating.

7. Spray Brunox IX wax/sealer  inside the chassis and cavities to protect against rust.
