POXY Floor - Epoxy PRIMER & SEALER

POXY Floor Epoxy is a professional-grade epoxy primer and sealer developed to prepare and protect concrete substrates before applying resin flooring systems. With its high solids and low viscosity formula, it penetrates deeply into the surface, sealing pores and ensuring excellent adhesion.

This versatile primer can also be used as a levelling coat or adhesion layer, making it the perfect foundation for waterproofing membranes and epoxy flooring systems.  Colourless, slightly yellow

 UV resistance  - Undergoes slight yellowing under sunlight. No mechanical properties are affected.

POXY Flooring primer and adhesion layer ensures strong, long-lasting bonding on concrete and other substrates.

Surfaces must be clean, dust-free, and ideally sandblasted.

Mix components A and B thoroughly with a low-speed stirrer to achieve a clear, uniform liquid.

Apply with brush or roller at 200–500 g/m², adjusting for substrate absorbency.

For large areas, broadcasting quartz sand improves adhesion.

Can also be used as a levelling coat when mixed with sand/filler.

Recoating is possible once touch-dry and within 24 hours.
